Description

Located on top of a 1970´S building, the renovation and restauration of the penthouse was massive.

At the end the client was missing sun protection in the social deck.

crearquitectura came up with the idea of a retractable membrane structure controlled by a tactil lcd screen wich controls most of the flat´s features.

This retractable project is small in area but inmense in quality, function and beauty.

Description of the environmental conditions

Its located in a sub tropical area, with heavy sun during the afternoon but at the same time pleasant winds.
