The office building fulfills the Gold Standard for sustainable building.
The curtain-wall façade consist of 224 panels.

In total 6.200 m² ETFE-film and 10 km inox-cables are installed.
Description of the environmental conditions
The polygonal transparent curtain-wall façade which can be seen from far away prevents unwanted solar application of energy because the so protected shading louvers can be used even with strong wind and sunshine.
