Description
PLAZA LA ISLA is called the “most ambitious and unique shopping mall in Latin America”. Offers to its visitors a unique experience, based on a complete membrane cover it reflects the innovation and freshness of this light architecture. The concept was proposed by one of the most prominent Architects in Guatemala: Arq. Mario Rocasermeno; and developed by the M. Membrane Eng. Edgar Mancilla (CUBRE, Guatemala): “In the structure you appreciate the rounded cone shape of the top and then, when waking around one of its sides, simultaneously change to an oval form that reveal a partition as a twist to the classical cone shape”.
