Description

The project was conceived exclusively for sun protection for the sky lounge of a loft like apartment building.

The 702 ferrari precontraint membrane is fully tensioned by cables on the side with a floating telescopic mast at the center.

The design was created so that the overall view can be appreciated.

Description of the environmental conditions

It´s located in the heart of the heart of Guatemala´s economical center.

It withstands strong winds, and due to the enviromental pollution of the city, maintenance is a priority issue.
